Atelier Privacy Policy

Atelier (the "App") is a tool for managing the schedule, progress, and finances of doujin and creative work. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.
1. Information We Collect
- User-created data: works, tasks, schedules, events, and finance details you enter.
- Account information (only if you sign in; optional): your email address. If you sign in with Google, basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. We use Supabase for authentication.
- Google Calendar information (only if you connect it; optional): event titles and start/end times. Accessed read-only (
calendar.readonly).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the App's features (schedule display, progress and finance management).
- To display your connected Google Calendar events in the time-schedule view.
- To sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
3. Where Data Is Stored
- By default, data is stored only on your device (the browser's
localStorage). - Only if you sign in, data is stored on Supabase and synced across your devices.
- Google Calendar event data is held only in browser memory for display and is never stored on our servers.
4. Google User Data (Limited Use)
Atelier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Calendar information we obtain is used solely to display your own events to you. We do not provide or sell it to third parties, use it for advertising, or store it on our servers.
5. Third Parties
- We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.
- Except as described above, we do not provide or sell your information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Deleting Data / Disconnecting
- On-device data: clear it by deleting the site's stored data in your browser.
- Cloud data: signing out stops syncing. To delete your account or data, please contact us below.
- Google Calendar connection: use "Disconnect" in the app to discard the access token. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account third-party access settings.
7. Security
Communication is encrypted via HTTPS, and cloud storage uses Supabase's protections. Please note that no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as needed. When we do, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
